Ask Agent/Broker what type of properties have you sold, where and when?
There should be no room for “On The Job” training with your investments. To have even a basic concept of park
investment an agent or broker should have experience in selling at least a dozen parks with a strong familiarity
with the market area, park size and quality. Why?: Because a good park broker should be solely focused on bringing
you the best offers with a preexisting list of industry contacts, buyer/investors, appraisers, insurance, etc.,
already in place. Needless to say residential agents and firms often
have limited income property knowledge and market credibility. Remember parks specialist must cover very large
territories as most cities have less than 20 parks of which many rarely go on the market.
