This Northern California RV park is located directly on the I-5 freeway and is in good condition. Open year round
there are approximately 50,000 vehicles per day traveling the adjacent I-5 freeway. Located in the city of Weed, CA
(Siskiyou County) the park is strategically located less than 80 miles south of Oregon the park and near Mt.
Shasta.
On approximately 4 acres the park consists of 51 total spaces, 50 Full Hookup RV spaces and 1 MH space with a newer
3bd/2bth manufactured home on it which is owned by the park (currently unoccupied and available for a new owners
use). The park is serviced by
both city
water and city
sewer
and
is unaffected by rent control.
Amenities at the park include an office, full hookup
