There is far less "Transparency" in a direct for sale by owners transactions. This is even more apparent in parks vs. other types of Real Estate.  The rare time these sales occur there seems to be a very odd mix of sales terms that actually benefit no party. The seminar or system “Secrets” make park owners out to seem like novice when they are in fact experienced real estate investors and own parks because of their insight.  We have seen an exposition of “How to do seminars” for parks purchases with a lot of misinformation. The “Tricks” of the trade are no secret to the owners. Most park owners are experienced investors, that’s why they own the park. They either have no effect at best and can even hinder the chances of being considered a serious buyer.
