Manufactured Housing Communities (MHC) for sale and loans are nuance in terminology. A Manufactured Housing Community or Manufactured Home Community is essentially a higher quality Mobile Home Park with either a large percentage of large new homes in the park and often age restricted as a  55+ senior park. True MHC’s are usually newer parks in the mid west and Florida where new parks are still being built and naturally large, newer more modern homes are possible.  It is much rarer the western US were parks are no longer being built because of the high land cost and resistance to parks by the public and government. In these cases MHC’s were parks that were built with larger spaces and in an economic region that promoted replacing old style homes with newer, more modern and appealing Manufactured Homes.
