Helping to dispel the growing seminars and how to books “Tricks” that actually do investors a disservice by “Hyping” up purchase theories that are rehashes of old systems.  They are simple applied to parks to seem “New” or “Out of the box thinking” to seem new and innovative.  These seminars are geared to sell books and seminars not help investors. We don't sell books or hold get rich seminars.

Another disservice is the loan brokers and banks who sound like they can get a park loan.  Park owners, just ask where and when was the last park loan they PERSONALLY  did. That usually will cut to the chase and give you an idea if the are selling you a story or really do know how parks loans work.
