What is the list price of my
park?
When a listing price is quickly agreed to you without a
proposal detailing support of that price along with a custom
marketing plan you should immediately raise a red flag. A

comparable sales and be able to create a income and expense
projection that is realistic for a buyer and lender. The market
will look at over embellished offering packages as unserious,
