What is the list price of my park?
When a listing price is quickly agreed to you without a proposal detailing support of that price along with a
custom marketing plan you should immediately raise a red flag. A knowledgeable broker should be able to provide
relative park comparable sales and be able to create a income and expense projection that is realistic for a buyer
and lender. The market will look at over embellished offering packages as unserious, overpriced or done “Just to
get a listing” and is quickly discounted from serious consideration.
